Soul maps: a sacred 1:1 offering

Soul maps
A soul map is a compass, not a prescription. A Prologue, not the full story. Through a slow, sacred season of private correspondence, we map your inner terrain — the mythic storylines you’ve lived, the thresholds you face, and the landscapes still calling. What you receive is not a set of instructions, but a symbolic, written artifact: a mirror of where you are in your story and a map designed to answer, “Where am I in my story, and what unexplored lands remain?”

Before & after

  • Before: You feel disoriented, stuck in old patterns, or unable to name what’s shifting in your life.
  • After soul-mapping: You leave with language for your story, clarity on your soul terrain, and a symbolic map you can return to when you lose direction.

What is a soul map?

This is not a course. This is not a quick fix. It's a season of correspondence—a quiet mirror held up to a soul story only you can tell.

Through a slow exchange of letters, we begin to map the places you’ve walked, the patterns you carry, and the terrain still calling to you. What emerges isn’t a conclusion, but a compass.

Soul-mapping is a 1:1, asynchronous experience, an intimate exchange of letters across 4–6 weeks that results in a personalized soul map. During this process, you’ll be met with deep witnessing, symbolic reflection, and a final written and visual artifact of your terrain.

What you receive

  • A 4–6 week private correspondence (one full season of soul-mapping)
  • A personalized soul map artifact — symbolic sketch in PDF (with optional artist-illustrated upgrade)
  • Up to 6 letters exchanged (3 from you, 3 from me), hosted in a private, dedicated inbox
  • Deep witnessing and symbolic reflection woven into each reply
  • A soul-written closing letter distilling your patterns, themes, and invitations

What you will not receive

  • Therapy, coaching, or crisis support
  • Prescriptive step-by-step instructions
  • Quick fixes or productivity advice

Is this for you?

This is for you if you:

  • Sense you’re in a threshold season or the ground is shifting beneath you
  • Long for reflection, not performance or fast answers
  • Are drawn to symbol, metaphor, and inner terrain
  • Want language and orientation for your unfolding story
  • Are willing to be seen in your current truth (not your ideal self)

This is not for you if you:

  • Are in active crisis or needing therapy or emotional regulation support
  • Expect transformation on a fixed timeline
  • Want advice, coaching, or external solutions

Availability + investment

  • $500 for one full soul map season (due at checkout)
  • Each season is limited to a handful of participants
  • If spaces are filled, you may join the waitlist to be invited into the next season

Note: The cost of staying lost is far greater than any investment here—it’s years of disorientation, living by default, and missing the call to live out your soul's story.

Important terms

Please read the full terms and conditions of the soul map offering prior to enrolling. Here are a few of the highlights to note:

  1. There are no refunds once the first letter has been sent.
  2. Your soul-mapping season ends at the 4– to 6-week mark, regardless of the number of exchanges, or at 6 total letters, whichever comes first.
  3. Please reply within 5–7 days. If more than 10 days pass without hearing from you, your season will be marked complete and your SWL email will be deleted.
  4. This process does not attempt to map every aspect of your life. Instead, we’ll follow the threads that arise naturally in our exchange. You may walk away with clarity around certain soul terrains, while others remain untouched.
  5. This is not therapy, coaching, or consulting. I am not a licensed therapist and cannot offer crisis or trauma support. Depending on our exchange, we may cover psychological, spiritual, mental, and emotional ground that's worth excavating with professionals in these domains.

Again, be sure to read the full terms and conditions BEFORE enrolling.

FAQ

What is a soul map?
A soul map is a sacred reflection of your inner landscape, co-created through an exchange of private (1:1), soul-written letters. It’s not a blueprint, diagnosis, or roadmap. It’s a poetic cartography of the truths that surface when you write what’s real. It's a symbol and a visual reminder of where you've been, where you are, and where you're heading, especially in relation to your sacred soul task.
What kind of results or transformation should I expect?
This is not a life overhaul. It's a season of deep attention. We won’t fix or solve. We’ll witness, name, and walk together. You’re not committing to a breakthrough. You’re entering a correspondence, a slow, sacred conversation with your own soul. Each journey is different, because each soul is different, as is it's journey. Some might experience clarity. Some might unearth old memories or name long-lost desires. Others might find the simple act of being witnessed as transformational. The outcome isn’t a solved life—it’s a map of what’s been stirring beneath the surface. It’s a mirror, not a manual.
What’s included in a soul-mapping season?
  • A 4–6 week asynchronous letter exchange
  • 6 letters total (3 from you, 3 from me)
  • A closing letter + soul map PDF sketch (option to upgrade to a illustrated artist-rendered map available)
How do we exchange letters?
Each client receives a private email inbox at at Soulwritten.life, based on their name, pen name, or alias (e.g., aimee@soulwritten.life). This becomes your sacred container. We write up to one letter per week each (up to 6 total—3 from you, 3 from me), in rhythm with your own unfolding.

Note: I'm considering a physical "snail-mail" option for the future, but since it slows down the process, for now, I'm opting for the sacred inbox. If you like this idea (or might at least like it for your closing letter and map), please let me know so that I can consider it for future iterations of the service.
Is this private?
Yes. Your letters are never shared. With your consent, I may occasionally reflect on anonymous fragments of terrain (for future mythic frameworks), but nothing is shared without your permission. And if you don't request to hold your inbox, it will disappear into the ether when your season comes to a close.
What if I need more time?
The container is intentionally spacious (4–6 weeks), with a rhythm of 5–7 days between letters. If more than 10 days pass without a message, I’ll send one gentle reminder. If no response follows, the container will quietly close or pause.
What if I want to stop early?
If you need to pause or withdraw early, I honor that. However, once the season begins, I don’t offer refunds. The space has been opened and held, regardless of duration or number of letters.
What happens when the journey ends?
You’ll receive a closing letter and your soul map PDF. Your inbox will be closed unless you choose to keep it open via a “Hold my inbox” request ($60/year). I won’t respond to messages after the season closes unless we’ve reopened the container. (I set my own inbox to automatically archive messages from any accounts that are not actively in a soul-mapping season.)
Can I return for another soul map season?
Yes. If we're growing and changing as humans, life reveals new terrain. If you've reserved your inbox (via a “Hold my inbox” request), it will be taken out of archive status, and we'll do a whole new round of letters. If you chose not to reserve your inbox, you'll receive a new one (e.g., +name2 or any other handle you prefer that's available), and we begin again.
Can I get an illustrated version of my map?
Yes. After your season ends, you’ll have the option to commission an illustrated, artist-rendered version of your soul map, delivered by email 2-3 weeks after your closing letter goes out.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No. This is not therapy, coaching, or consulting. It’s a soul-centered creative mirror. You’ll receive deep, poetic responses—not analysis or advice. But, it is good terrain to explore with a therapist or coach. Depending on our exchange, we may cover psychological, spiritual, mental, and emotional ground that's worth excavating with professionals in these domains.
What if something difficult or triggering comes up during our season?
This is a sacred space for slow reflection—not a therapeutic container. However, as mentioned in the previous question, we may very well walk across this type of ground, which might stir deep memories, questions, and emotions. While I hold space with care, I am not a licensed therapist and cannot offer crisis or trauma support. If something sensitive surfaces, I may gently pause the correspondence or refer you to additional support. You're always welcome to share what feels safe, but you are never expected to disclose more than you're ready for.
Is this a good fit for someone actively processing trauma or in crisis?
This is not a clinical or coaching relationship. If you are in active crisis or navigating unprocessed trauma, I lovingly suggest working with a trained professional first—and returning when the map can be met with steadiness, not urgency. Soul maps are reflective, not directive. They work best when your nervous system has enough spaciousness to explore rather than survive.
What happens if you're concerned I may be in active crisis?
If something in our exchange suggests that you may be in emotional, psychological, or physical crisis, I may pause our correspondence and gently recommend seeking care from a qualified therapist, doctor, or crisis resource. Soul maps are not designed to hold that level of intensity or urgency. I do not offer clinical, therapeutic, or emergency support. My role is to walk beside you in a season of reflection—not to intervene or manage risk. If I feel the container is no longer safe for either of us, I will name that with care. If you are in immediate crisis or need urgent emotional support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis line in your area.
